I've been researching for e-ink tablets and settled upon the Supernote Nomad A6X2. Checking the Supernote website I saw that they had an authorized distributor (Rects and Squares) which brought me to supernote.sg! So rest assured, the product is legit. It came fully sealed with original packaging!
Support is available via whatsapp and responses are super quick.
I made my order at 8am and got the product by 2pm. I chose standard delivery but was pleasantly surprised to receive it on the same day! Thank you Supernote.sg
I had many questions on the Nomad and the support model out of Singapore all my questions were answered promptly via there WhatsApp chat. I placed the order on a Saturday evening and got the device delivered by Sunday afternoon.I got the Nomad,Folio and the pen which was all well packed. As for the device it is like writing on a paper with ball point pen which is very satisfying unlike on Ipad.

Was pleasantly surprised to find that we had a local distributer for Supernote. Delivery was fast and customer support was quick to update on any changes. Got a nomad + folio + pen and all of them arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely come back for the A5X2 when its released.
p.s. Did you know u can find them on Carousell too? They were quick to respond there as well.
Ordered my supernote on a Sunday night, the device was delivered Tuesday morning!

I do hope that in the future, supernote SG will be able to roll out the 30 days return policy similar to the US. Im sure it will convince a whole lot more folks to try the product risk free! Lets hope i dont regret my purchase (fingers crossed)
Also hope that they can sell pen refills as well so that i can start DIYing my own pens!
