Yes! We're the exclusive distributor of Supernote in Singapore. We are based in Singapore, and we manage inventory locally.

How does warranty work?

We offer a 2-year warranty on all Supernote devices and accessories we sell. Seeing as we're based in Singapore, it's easy, cheap and fast for Singaporeans to get warranty claims sorted out.

How long does it take for orders to be delivered?

Orders shipped via Ninja Van will reach customers in 1-3 working days.

You may opt for express delivery via Lalamove as well (10 SGD). Same day delivery for orders placed before 12PM, and next day delivery for orders placed after.

Do you offer same-day/instant delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery via Lalamove for a flat rate of 15 SGD.
